1. Can my battery use this protection board?
Answer: There are two questions to consider whether you can use this protection board: First, how many strings your battery is, you have to buy the protection board corresponding to the number of strings. Second, what material is your battery? We have protection boards with two parameters: lithium iron phosphate and polymer. If your battery is a single-cell lithium iron phosphate with a nominal 3.2V, you need to choose lithium iron phosphate 3.2V in the category. Yes, if it is a polymer (ternary, cobalt acid, lithium manganate battery) single-cell battery with a nominal 3.6V (or 3.7V), please choose the classification of ternary 3.7V.
2. How can I judge what material my battery is made of?
Answer: You can take a look at the nominal voltage of your battery. Lithium iron phosphate batteries are generally rated at 3.2V, and other batteries are generally rated at 3.6V or 3.7V. You can also directly ask the seller of the battery what material is the battery. Many buyers say that my battery is 18650 or 26650 soft pack, etc. This is the shape, not the material! We cannot determine your battery protection parameters based on this.
3. How many protective plates should I choose?
Answer: How many ampere protection boards to choose depends on your load power. Our protection boards, if you use split-port output, the output current is about 70A, and the power is about 800W. Answer: The size of your battery capacity is actually not directly related to the size of the current using this board. Large capacity is not a large battery. It mainly depends on the continuous current. 5. How should the charger voltage be set?
Answer: Lithium batteries must be charged with special chargers for lithium batteries. Remember, the charger voltage setting: Use your battery string number * 4.2V. This is the charging voltage of non-ferrous lithium batteries. The charging voltage of lithium iron batteries is the battery string.
